Project Description: This self-storage has 4 stories and 248 individual storage units. The storage features tempeture controlled, individually alarm units and air circulation amongst units.
Project Scope:The Green Method Mechanical Systems' scope of work included supply and installation of All HVAC systems, including all ductwork and a 17,500 CFM energy recovery package that was specifically designed to reduce the high cost of conditioning ventilation air by recovering a significant portion of the thermal energy from the exhaust air.
Outcome: Building is Functional with an outstanding 60% recovery factor of the energy recovery system.
