‍Project Description:  Once called Glendale Yarns, Green Storage has revamped the building into a cutting-edge, eco-friendly self-storage facility of 191,000 sf, fully powered by a geo-exchange system.

Project Scope: The Green Method Mechanical Systems' responsibilities encompass geo-exchange heat pumps, air ducts, ventilation systems, distribution pipes, and circulation pumps.

Outcome: As the project approached its final stages, The Green Method Mechanical Systems, severed the building's natural gas main, breaking a century-long reliance on fossil fuels for heating. Once the transformation is finalized, continuous oversight of the geothermal loop's efficiency is essential for maintaining both sustainability and peak system performance.
