Bronte West Condos

‍Project Description: Mid-Rise tower with 132 condo units. Bronte West is Canada's first net positive energy residential condominiums power by sun and geo-exchange energy.

Project Scope: The Green Method Mechanical Systems, was commissioned to build the geothermal system, ventilation and ductwork.

Outcome: Building is fully operational and occupied. The geo-exchange ystem achieved high levels of energy efficiency compared to traditional HVAC systems, while reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
